• Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we provide express shipping at an additional cost:
  • Free for orders over $129.
  • A fee of $12.90 applies for orders below this amount.
  • Delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it undergoes processing, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we verify your order details, perform quality checks, and prepare your items for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Your order is expected to arrive within 5 to 15 business days after shipment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 25 business days, depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays or destination-specific conditions.
• Express Shipping: Faster delivery times are available, and specific estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking details may not be immediately available, as updates depend on carrier processing times. You can track your order directly through the Byzantine Bloom website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Byzantine Bloom does not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
• Military (APO/FPO) addresses
• International destinations outside our service regions

If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska, additional shipping fees may apply, and delivery times may vary.

Late Delivery Compensation

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, in the rare event of a delay:

• Standard Shipping: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a $5 credit toward future purchases.
• Express Shipping: If your express shipment is delayed, you may receive a $13 credit for your next order.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

Returns and Refunds

Byzantine Bloom offers a 90-day return policy for most items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within this period:

• Your first return per order is free.
• Subsequent returns from the same order may incur a $7.99 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds can be processed as:

• Store credit, typically issued within 1-2 business days.
• Original payment method, which may take up to 18 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
